2、立式浸胶机采用远红外涂层热油板辐射、电热板辐射加热，左中右多点温度控制，使的半固化片左右凝胶化时间≤2.5S。PP表面平整、无杂质、气泡等现象。

3.立式浸胶机计量辊控制精度高，运动精度≤0.002mm，直线精度≤0.001mm/m.浸渍后的半固化片公差范围符合****。

Functions andFeatures:

1. The verticaldipping machine can continuously impregnate, dry, wind or cutelectronic grade glass cloth, felt and paper such as 7628, 2116 and1080. It can be impregnated with prepregs such as FR-4, CEM-1, andCEM-3 rings.

The verticaldipping machine adopts far-infrared coating hot oil plate radiationand electric hot plate radiation heating, and multi-pointtemperature control on the left, middle and right, so that thegelation time of the prepreg on the left and right sides is≤2.5S. PP surfaceis smooth, free of impurities, bubbles and otherphenomena.

3. The measuringroller of the vertical dipping machine has high control accuracy,the motion accuracy is less than or equal to 0.002mm, and thelinear accuracy is less than or equal to 0.001mm/m. The tolerancerange of the prepreg after dipping is in line with internationalstandards.
