功能及特点：
1.立式浸胶机可对7628、2116、1080等电子级玻璃布、毡、纸进行连续浸渍、干燥、收卷或剪切。可浸渍FR—4、CEM—1、CEM—3环等半固化片。
2、立式浸胶机采用远红外涂层热油板辐射、电热板辐射加热，左中右多点温度控制，使的半固化片左右凝胶化时间≤2.5S。PP表面平整、无杂质、气泡等现象。
3.立式浸胶机计量辊控制精度高，运动精度≤0.002mm，直线精度≤0.001mm/m.浸渍后的半固化片公差范围符合标准。

1.The vertical dipping machine can continuously impregnate, dry, windor cut electronic grade glass cloth, felt and paper such as 7628,2116 and 1080. It can be impregnated with prepregs such as FR-4,CEM-1, and CEM-3 rings.
